Screening of tenants including background check, credit report, eviction history, employment verification, rental history and income verification when required.

Lease Signing

Lease signing and enforcement of all terms and conditions of the lease.

Rent Collection

We handle the collection of monthly rents and deposits.

Property Maintenance

Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed with invoice processing.

Financials

Electronic ACH deposit of monthly owner checks into bank account of your choice, deposited on the 15th of each month. We also offer full accounting services including monthly and annual financial accounting reports. Year-end cash flow reports to give to your tax preparer including annual 1099 reporting.

HOA Payments

We will pay the HOA dues for your property at owner's request.

Winterization

Winterization of vacant properties during winter months, if requested by property owner.

Owner Portal

24-7 access to owner documents and accounting reports through your owner portal.

Move-Out Inspections

We conduct move-out inspections and handle security deposit reconciliation when tenant vacates.
